We start by getting to know your style and personality by bringing you in for a personalized tasting. We will treat you like royalty while you sample innovative foods options. There are many traits of food, such as salty, sweet, savory and others, that could be perfect, or not so perfect for your wedding. We also take close consideration of ethnic menus as well as any type of food or dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, kosher and gluten-free menus. Our wedding tastings are the perfect opportunity to give the caterer feedback on what you want for your special day.

- Ask about all details before the wedding tasting begins, if not given already.
- Come prepared with ideas and notes you have made beforehand.
- Take notes while the wedding tasting is going on.
