
Carrot Ginger Cocktail
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. fresh squeezed carrot juice (or Odwalla Carrot Juice)
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 oz. ginger simple syrup or ginger liqueur
2 coins of peeled ginger
3 oz. ginger beer
Muddle ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake hard with ice. Double strain into a highball glass over fresh ice with ginger beer and garnish

Coconut Margaritas
5 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice, plus 2 tablespoons for glasses (about 3 limes)
3 oz. coconut water
4 oz. light coconut milk
6 oz. Blanco tequila
1 oz. cup Cointreau or other orange liqueur
Sweetened and shredded coconut for rim
Shake first 5 ingredients together and strain into glass with coconut rim.
Tanqueray Cucumber Basil Lemonade
- Cucumber infused lemonade
- Muddled basil
- 1 oz. Tanqueray
- Top with J Roget champagne
Tennessee Peach
- 1 oz. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
- Splash DeKuyper Peachtree schnapps
- Equal parts cranberry juice and orange juice
- Splash of Sprite
- Peach slice for garnish
