We had Randy Peters cater our grand opening event for Mazda Roseville and I can not recommend them more! They were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. We cannot express enough gratitude to Randy Peters Catering & Event Center for making our wedding reception an unforgettable experience. From the initial planning stages to the final toast, every detail was executed with care.

Owners Randy and Lisa Peters lead with passion and dedication, setting the tone for their exceptional team. Our event coordinators, Melissa and Chelsea, were phenomenal—always responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. They handled all the little details so we didn’t have to stress. As Melissa said, they are our calm in the storm, and for sure that's what they were.

The food? Absolutely amazing! We went with a small bites buffet, and it was a hit! The food was delicious—beautifully presented and full of flavor. Huge thank you to the chef for creating such an amazing spread. Our guests are still talking about it.

And the service! Wow! Bryan, our bartender extraordinaire, and our servers, Stephanie, and Stephan were total pros—friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome and taken care of. We sincerely couldn’t have asked for a better team!

The space itself looked beautiful, and everything flowed perfectly. We truly felt supported and celebrated every step of the way.
